Seth decided to take a big step in the right direction! He headed to "The Biggest Loser Fitness Ridge". It is a facility where people can go to lose weight and focus on their health. http://www.biggestloserresort.com/ . He sounds very happy and very empowered. I am so impressed by him and his strength!
