Cliper (Clifford)The Big Red Dog

i took the kids to gilroy gardens the other day. we had a great time playing in the water, watching a few shows and playing on the play ground. The highlight of the day was getting to see "cliper" the big red dog. we came in late to the show so we snuck in the back. however sadie's idea of sneeking in was yelling "HI CLIPER!! HI CLIPER". she will correct you if you refer to him as clifford. at the end of the show they welcomed the kids down to dance with them on the stage. she decided to hug his leg and stay there until it was time for pictures. we stood in line and got our picture with cliper.

it was a great day!

sadie would sit on the table while link fed and played with the dogs. she warmed up by the end...kinda.

Dog Sit or Sit Dog

we had a great opportunity to dog sit for a friend of ours while they were on vacation. linkin was amazing and came with me everyday. he fed them, played catch (above picture), and made sure they had plenty of water. by the end our our dog sitting time he became to really love those dogs and they him. they were great listeners and all had a great time playing ball.

Summer In Full Swing

dispite what what the weather has been saying - gloomy, cold, even rainy - we have been taking control of our summer. from the our door swimming pool to staying up late summer is being had at the word home.

Two With A TUTU

I love the way she put her shirts on backwards. I love how she puts her shoes on the wrong feet. I love she wears a tutu everyday. I love that if she's wearing pants she wearing her "boy" clothes. I love that she will eat anything. I love she ate a yucky snail one time. I love how she brushes her hair out of her eyes. I love her silly smile. I love Sadie just the way she is.

I love he's missing two teeth. I love he is "hector the collector". I love that he is so kind. I love he know how to read. I love the way he asks if I'll sing him a song till he falls asleep. I love that he bird hunts in our backyard. I love he packs his bedding and sneaks into our room at night and sleeps beside my bed. I love he makes me smile and laugh so hard I cry. I love linkin just the way he is.

God has blessed me with a life I could not ask for more. I only hope and pray He knows how thankful I am.
